Grant Mayo Eney Memorial Endowed Scholarship

For student leaders on campus

This scholarship is made possible through generous donations of Parent Advisory Council members, and the friends and family of Grant Mayo Eney. Grant Eney knew no stranger and that was particularly true at the College of Charleston. He was loved, respected, and admired by all who knew him, and the impact he made on campus was tremendous. His ambition, loyalty, and tenacity made him a leader on campus and in the community. 

Candidates will be scored on their ability to articulate how they are compassionate towards others, ambitious, loyal, kind and resourceful. Grant exemplified these characteristics and was a gentleman who would have gone far in this world. 


  • Full-time undergraduate student with a GPA of 3.0 or better.
  • Declared major or minor in real estate, business administration or arts management. 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability. 
  • Deadline for application and all letters of recommendation is April 20.

    • Why do you believe that you are a good candidate for the Grant Mayo Eney Memorial Scholarship? (1,000 word limit)
