2025 A Charleston Affair Volunteers – Saturday, May 3, 2025
Please submit the A Charleston Affair volunteer request form below.
Volunteer form submissions are due by Friday, April 11, or until we fill all positions, whichever comes first. CofC alumni, faculty, and staff (21 years and older) are eligible to volunteer; students and graduating students are not eligible to volunteer. This is on a first-come, first-served basis–when we reach the maximum number of volunteers, the form will automatically close.
– Some volunteer shifts will run from 5:45-8:15 pm; these volunteers will meet on campus at 5:30 pm, location TBA.
– Some volunteer shifts will run from approximately 6:15-8:30 pm; these volunteers will meet on campus at 6 pm, location TBA.
Once your volunteer shift is over, you will get to enjoy the party as our guest in the General Admission areas until 10 pm. Your volunteer shift does not include a guest ticket. If you’d like to bring a guest, please purchase a guest ticket online here, while available.
If you fill out the form, assume you will be volunteering. Once the form closes, we will reach out to confirm the time of your shift.
