1980
Rev. Brian Davidson retired in May after serving as a pastor since his 1984 ordination. Rev. Davidson served as the Secretary of the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations for 19 years and was the Editor of the Ambassador Hymnal for Lutheran Worship, published in 1994. Rev. Davidson resides in Ashby, MN.
1981
Angie Easterling Rossetti retired from teaching special education after 31 years of service in June, 2019. Ms. Rossetti resides in Enfield, CT.
Beth Cauthen Tate and Ronnie Turner were married overlooking Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant, SC, on May 28. The marriage was officiated by Regina Droze LeBlanc ’81, and was followed by a sunset harbor cruise. Mrs. Turner is the mother of Grace Tate ’15 and is an interior designer with her own firm, Within the Walls. The couple resides in Mount Pleasant, SC.
1984
Kim Miller recently became an Independent Contractor and Real Estate Closing Attorney for Cook and James, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta. Ms. Miller spent the past decade working as a Director of Administration for Patrick Henry Academy and a government, economics, and English literature teacher at Orangeburg Preparatory Schools. She resides in Walterboro, SC.
1985
Rich Dye is a Territory Manager for Heartland Payment Systems. Mr. Dye has worked in sales and management in the financial industry for the past 20 years. His oil paintings have earned him a spot as an exhibiting member of the Mount Pleasant Artist’s Guild and the Perspective Gallery of Mount Pleasant’s art exhibit running June 1-September 30. He resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his wife, Heidi.

Lilla Mulkey Newton is a Student Trainer at the Military Child Education Coalition based in Harker Heights, TX. Ms. Newton and her husband, Brandon, reside in Wheat Ridge, CO.
1992
Phil Maier (MS) has been named Deputy Director of the SC Department of Natural Resources’ Marine Resources Division. Mr. Maier has been with the agency for almost 30 years. He resides in Charleston, SC.
1995
Deborah Anderson is a Controller for Hay Tire Company and resides in Charleston, SC.
Denise Wagner Riddle is a Teacher for Greenville County Schools. She has two children and resides in Simpsonville, SC.
1996
Angelina Harrison Harris is an Elementary School Teacher for Volusia County Schools in Deland, FL. Ms. Harris resides in Deltona, FL, with her three daughters, Avalon, Amaya, and Audrey.
Dyan Grygielko Heineck is the owner of Island Expressions, a custom framing and gift shop located on Daniel Island, SC. Island Expressions is a finalist in two categories for the Best of Charleston 2020. Ms. Heineck has been a professional custom framer for over 20 years. She resides on Daniel Island with her husband, Peter, and their three children.
2002
Sonya Fordham (MEd) is a Teacher for Dorchester District 4 Schools in Harleyville, SC. Ms. Fordham is the former Co-Chair for both the Child Welfare Committee National Association of Black Social Workers and the Committee of Descendants Foundation. She is a researcher on the Coming of African Americans to SC project. Ms. Fordham welcomed her grandson, Chike Egwu, in August 2019. She resides in Charleston, SC.

Lindsey Holcombe Nieves is the Vice President, Broker Relationship Leader for Munich Re Specialty Group, N.A., located in Atlanta. In 2016, Ms. Nieves was the recipient of the Product Innovation Award presented by XL Catlin. She and her husband, Omar, reside in Canton, GA.
2004
Jennifer Fountain Baltzegar (MS ’10) graduated with a PhD in genetics from North Carolina State University in May. Dr. Baltzegar is a post-doctoral researcher at NC State where she investigates the population genetics of the mosquito species that spreads dengue and zika with an aim towards reducing disease incidence. She and her husband, Andy Baltzegar ’00, ’06, reside in Apex, NC.
Leah Ketterman Cox is the Center Director of The Tutoring Center in Greenville SC. Ms. Cox earned her MEd in educational leadership and administration from Concordia University of Portland in 2016. She and her husband, Jace, have three children and reside in Greenville, SC.
Courtney Grooms is the Assistant Director, College Counseling, for Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Ms. Grooms earned her MA in cross-disciplinary studies from NSU in 2018. She married David Anastas in February. The couple resides in Oakland Park, FL.
Jim Tunnessen is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer for Voice of America in Washington, D.C. Mr. Tunnessen earned his MBA from George Washington University in 2008. He and his wife, Stacie, reside in Sterling, VA, and have two sons, Theodore and Thomas.
2007
Lauren Whiteside Mann and Jordan Mann welcomed their first child, Penelope “Poppy” Kaminer Mann on May 2. Ms. Mann is the Senior Development Officer for the School of Education, Health and Human Performance at the College. She is also the Owner and Artist of Southern Bloom Press, a handmade pressed flower art shop. Mr. Mann is a Senior Product Owner at BoomTown Real Estate Platform. The Mann family resides in Charleston, SC.

Hayley Black is a Store Leader at Tesla. Ms. Black earned her MA in professional communication from Clemson University in 2012. She resides in Durham, NC.
2009
Erika Trent Ramsbottom and her husband, Robert, welcomed their second child, Helen Margeaux Ramsbottom, in March. The Ramsbottom family resides in Greer, SC.
Jeanmarie Tankersley is a Litigation Partner for Clawson and Staubes, LLC. She was named a Rising Star in South Carolina by Super Lawyers. Ms. Tankersley resides in Greenville, SC.
2010
Gibbon Miler Ashley and her husband, Bryan, welcomed their second child, Grace Hutchinson Ashley, on April 30, 2020. The Ashley family resides in Charleston, SC.
Jessica Bursack Benoita is the Director of Corporate Sustainability for Jadex Inc. (LifeMade Products) in Greenville, SC. Ms. Benoit is studying corporate innovation at Post University with plans to graduate with her MBA in 2021. She was recently certified with the International Society of Sustainable Professionals as a Sustainability Associate. Ms. Benoit resides in Greenville, SC, with her husband, Austin.
Denise Killeen is a Special Education Teacher for the New York Department of Education. Ms. Killeen earned her MSEd from CUNY Hunter College this June. She resides in Bronx, NY.
Andrew Stufflebean is a CRNA for American Anesthesiology. Mr. Stufflebean was mobilized to New Jersey for three weeks of COVID-19 relief in the ICU and intubation teams. He earned his BSN from MUSC in 2012 and his MSN from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017. Mr. Stufflebean resides in Atlanta.

Laney Talbert Friedman and Matt Friedman welcomed Catherine Rose “Charley Rose” Friedman on May 10, 2020. Ms. Friedman is the Assistant Director, Events for the CofC Alumni Association. The Friedman family resides in Charleston, SC.
Peter Wiggins is a Program Manager for Charleston County Government. He earned his MPA from CofC in May and resides in Charleston, SC.
2013
Brooks Clarkis a Broadcast Associate for FOX Sports in Los Angeles.
Ben Coxearned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Cox is a contributor on a research paper on Responsible & Ethical AI accepted by NeurIPS in 2019, the leading Machine Learning and Computational Neuroscience Conference. He is a Director of Product Marketing for H2O.ai in Mountain View, CA.
2014
Elle Brewer is the Sales Development Manager for KeepTruckin in Nashville, TN.
Sally Boiter Bunting is a local artist based in Charleston, SC. She and her husband, Josh, welcomed their first child, James McConnell Bunting, in March.
Michael Duning is a Global Solutions Partner, Technology, for Facebook in San Francisco. Mr. Duning began his career at Facebook in 2016 as a Media Manager, Commerce, before being promoted in April to his current position.
Peter Kouten, Jr. is a Real Estate Agent for Carolina One and resides on Johns Island, SC.
Jocelyn Moratzka completed the Ignite Young Professionals Program with the Leadership Center for Excellence in Arlington, VA, on May 6.
Carlie Smith is an Account Executive for Air Methods and resides in Raleigh, NC.
2015
Emma Blitch is the Associate Director, Special Programs and Children’s Miracle Network for Duke Health Children’s Hospital in Durham, NC.
Alexis Delulio is an Associate II, Credit Solutions, for Silicon Valley Bank in Denver. Ms. Delulio earned her MS in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder this May.
Lydia Ford and Nora Grossman are both working for a mutual aid organization called Covid Assist. Ms. Ford resides in Charleston, SC, and Ms. Grossman resides in Redwood City, CA.
Lauren Gursha is a Registered Dietitian for St. Paul’s Senior Services and a Dietitian Consultant for Alpine Special Treatment Center. Ms. Gursha earned her Certificate in Didactic Program in Dietetics from Simmons College in 2017 where she was named most humorous dietetics student that year. Later, she earned her RD credentials from MUSC in 2018. In October 2016, Ms. Gursha completed her first Baystate Marathon in under four hours. She currently serves as the elected Treasurer of the USS Alexandra Family Readiness Group for a Naval Submarine in San Diego.
Artie Nelson is a Communications Associate for PRR, a full-service communications, marketing, and community-building agency located in Seattle. Ms. Nelson earned her MSc in international security from the University of Bristol in 2017.
Joye Nettles is a Senior Consultant Developer for Tensure Consulting, a remote-based consultancy located all over the US. She is also the Founder of Joye To The World. In 2019, Ms. Nettles was the recipient of the ThoughtWorks Unsung Hero Award. She resides in Fairburn, GA.
Abi Rodriguez Steele is a Prevention Coordinator for Keystone Substance Abuse Services in Rock Hill, SC. She married Daniel Steele in 2017 and the couple resides in Clover, SC.
2016
Benjamin Britt is the Operations Manager for East Coast Warehouse. Mr. Britt earned his MBA from Rowan University this May. He married Kathryn Kajfez ’16 in 2019 at the Church of Saint Mary of the Assumption in Cleveland. The couple resides in Abington, PA.
Christina Cantelmi is a Field Sales and Marketing Representative for Techtronic Industries in West Palm Beach, FL.
Rosie Escalante earned her JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May. She resides in Lexington, SC.
Emily Mainolfi has started her own business as a professional equestrian. Ms. Mainolfi is the Owner and Head Trainer of Platinum Equestrian in Keene, NH. In 2017, she was in the top 10 in two FEI International Equestrian Competitions. She is now working with off the track racehorses, helping them find a second career after retiring from racing.
Warren Steele is a Boston CofC Club Leader and serves as a Health Startup Mentor for Venture Capital firm, Plug and Play Tech Center. Mr. Steele earned his MPH from Boston University in 2018. He works as an Advisor, Medical Cost Savings for CVS Health pharmacies and resides in Brighton, MA.
Alex Watson was promoted to Outside Sales Representative for United Rentals covering the new territory of downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Mr. Watson has had two promotions with United Rentals in three years. He resides in St. Petersburg, FL, with his wife, Kaylie.

Kaycee Houge is an Administrative Assistant for Carriage Properties, LLC, in Charleston, SC. Ms. Houge married Christopher Fillbright ’19 in April. The couple resides in Hanahan, SC.
Emma Gibson is a Licensing Associate for BMI in Nashville, TN.
Marissa Myhill is a Senior Marketing Specialist for A3 Communications, Inc. Ms. Myhill married Matthew Eason in May. The couple resides in Irmo, SC.
Walter Parker is a Net Lease Advisor for Sands Investment Group in Mount Pleasant, SC.
Kevin Shields is a Commercial Real Estate Agent for Belk Lucy located in Charleston, SC. Mr. Shields joined Belk Lucy in 2018 and had 19 transactions in his first year.

Ryan McMahon is an Associate at commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield in New York City.
Jordan Vacchiano is a firefighter for the City of Charleston Fire Department and resides in Charleston, SC.

Olivia Gartner is an Interior Design Assistant for Elizabeth Pash Interiors and Antiques located in New York City.
Tim Housand is a Control Room Operator for Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC. Mr. Housand graduated from the Citizen’s Academy program sponsored by Charleston Water Systems. He resides in Charleston, SC.
Eric Spector is a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2 Candidate and works as a Corporate Banking Credit Analyst for Raymond James in St. Petersburg, FL.
