1973

Otto German was honored with the Felix “Doc” Blanchard Citizen for Sports Award at the 62nd annual South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Banquet in May. Mr. German played basketball at the College between 1970-73 and worked for our alma mater for nearly half a century before his retirement in 2019. Four years later, he was inducted into the CofC Athletic Hall of Fame. Mr. German resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, and is a stalwart supporter of the College, recently making gifts to CofC’s Cougar Club, the 1967 Legacy Scholars Fund, and the Otto B. German ’73 Endowed Alumni Scholarship in Athletics Fund, which was named in his honor.

1981

Catherine Salley Koehler is a Visual Arts Instructor at Delta State University. She earned her MFA in decorative design from the Memphis College of Art in 1992. Ms. Koehler and her husband, Ronald, reside in Cleveland, MS.

1982

Charlene McCutchen Grice is a board-certified Ophthalmologist and Ophthalmic Surgeon with expertise in the field of corneal disease, ocular surface disease, and cataract surgery. Dr. Grice was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. Dr. Grice earned her MD from the Medical University of South Carolina. She and her husband, George, reside in Mount Pleasant, SC, and recently made a gift to CofC’s Dr. George D. Grice, Jr. Fund.

1983

Fredalyn Frasier is the new Director of Planning for the City of Spartanburg, SC. Ms. Frasier earned her MPA from the University of South Carolina in 1985 and her MCRP from Clemson University in 1991. She resides in Spartanburg, SC.

Laurie Minges was elected to serve as President of the College of Charleston Alumni Association for the next two years. Ms. Minges is a Broker for Dunes Properties and a longtime member of the Charleston residential real estate community. She served a previous term on the Alumni Association Board of Directors from 1997-2001 and returned to the Board in 2020. Ms. Minges resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, and recently made gifts to the CofC Fund, the Alumni Association Fund, and the Karen Burroughs Jones ’74 Alumni Scholarship Fund.

Frances Montgomery Pickens is the Project Manager at the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic. She earned her BS in computer science from Francis Marion University in 1987. Ms. Pickens and her husband, Kenneth, reside in Mount Pleasant, SC.

1984

Roy Howell III is a Partner and Attorney at Trask & Howell with more than 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Howell was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. Mr. Howell earned his JD from the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. He resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his wife, Ginger Taylor Howell ’89. The Howells are stalwart supporters of the College’s Cougar Club.

Donnie Shaw is the Owner and Vice President of Shaw Resources, Inc., a privately held company in the development, construction, and management of commercial real estate. Mr. Shaw was recently selected to serve on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He earned his MTA from the University of Georgia School of Business. Mr. Shaw and his wife, Angela, reside in Greer, SC, and recently made gifts to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund.

Suzette Jeffries Timme is President and CEO of Indigo Asset Services, an advisory firm for commercial real estate partnerships and family offices. Ms. Timme was recently elected to serve as Vice President on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. Ms. Timme resides in Arlington, VA, with her husband, Rear Admiral William G. Timme (USN, ret.). Ms. Timme is a stalwart supporter of the College and founded the Suzette J. Timme Endowed/Annual Scholarship to assist students facing unexpected financial hardships.

Skip Utsey is a Partner and Attorney at Clawson Fargnoli Utsey, LLC. He was recently elected President of the Charleston Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a national, invitation-only organization of experienced trial lawyers and judges who are dedicated to improving the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy. Mr. Utsey also serves as Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina. Mr. Utsey earned his JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987. He and his wife, Judy, reside in Charleston, SC, with their son, Thomas, and daughter, Maggie. Mr. Utsey is a staunch support of the College, having recently made generous gifts to CofC’s Alumni Greek Life Scholarships Fund and Alumni Fund.

Pete Ferrara is the Business Development Manager for Digital Services at Spirax Sarco USA in Blythewood, SC.

1990

Jackson Davis is the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, for MassMutual. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field, having previously worked in similar roles at ESPN and Facebook, among other large-name companies. Mr. Davis resides in Miami.

Jamie Moon is the President and CEO of the Institute for Child Success, where he oversees the organization’s mission, operational, and strategic direction focusing on early childhood education, health, and wellbeing. Mr. Moon was recently elected to serve as Vice President on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He resides in Greenville, SC, with his wife, Sommer, and four children, Jack, Grant, Merrick, and Claire. Mr. Moon has recently made gifts to the CofC Fund and Alumni Association Fund.

Otis Robinson is the Founder and Managing Principal of Robinson Business Consulting, LLC (RBC), a certified minority-owned business that provides business and supply chain process improvement services and coaching for supervisors, managers, and executives. Mr. Robinson was recently elected to serve as Vice President on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He and his wife, Angela, reside in Chapin, SC. Mr. Robinson recently restored CofC’s Waties Waring Endowed Scholarship Fund and has given to the Alumni Association Fund, as well.

Jason Tinurelli is the Chief Marketing Officer for Concora Credit. Mr. Tinurelli resides in Greenville, DE, and recently made a gift to the CofC Fund.

Marty Viser is the Community Relations and Communications Manager at BASF. Ms. Viser was recently selected to serve on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. Ms. Viser resides in Charlotte, NC, and recently made gifts to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund and Alumni Greek Life Scholarships Fund.

1991

Barclay Randall Murphy is celebrating the completion of her PhD in public policy and administration from Walden University. Dr. Murphy earned her MS in nonprofit/public/organizational management from New England College in 2016. She resides in Charleston, SC.

Bill Meisburger is an Art Teacher at Oakland Elementary School in Charleston, SC. He earned his MFA in printmaking from Penn State University in 1995.

1992

Jennifer Posner Lehner is a Digital Marketing Strategist, Coach, Consultant, and Founder of Jen Lehner Media, LLC. She and her husband, Edward, reside in Shaker Heights, OH.

Tripp Sellers is the Vice President of CBRE and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Sellers was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He and his wife, Ashley, reside in Greenville, SC, with their five children. Mr. Sellers recently made a gift to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund.

1993

Jessica Fulton Bachand is a Broker and Realtor at Lake Realty in Cornelius, NC. Ms. Bachand resides in Mooresville, NC.

LoriAnn Leuci Beck is a Paralegal at Wilson Jones Carter & Baxley. She and her husband, Robert, reside in Summerville, SC.

Byron Gipson is the Solicitor of the Fifth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Gipson was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He earned his JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Gipson resides in Columbia, SC.

1994

Cherisse Jones-Branch (MA ’97) is the new Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Communication at Arkansas State University. She previously served as Dean of the university’s Graduate School since 2020. Dr. Jones-Branch earned her MA in history from the College in 1997 and her PhD in history from Ohio State University in 2003. She and her husband, Ezell, reside in Jonesboro, AR. Dr. Jones-Branch is a spirited giver of our alma mater with recent gifts to the CofC Alumni Greek Life Scholarships Fund and CofC’s 1967 Legacy Program.

David Mendelsohn (MS ’02) is a Computer Scientist / Integrated Product Team Lead for Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic. He was recognized in November for surpassing 25 years of federal service. A former CofC Cougar Club Board Member, Mr. Mendelsohn was recently appointed as Secretary of the Hibernian Foundation, which awards need-based scholarships to the College of Charleston, The Citadel, Trident Technical College, and the American College of the Building Arts. Mr. Mendelsohn and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Charleston, SC, and are steadfast supporters of the Cougar Club Fund.

Robin Purser Tiller (MEd ’99) was promoted in April to Immunology Account Executive at AbbVie. She and her husband, Reed Tiller ’97, reside in Georgetown, SC.

1995

Hope Ashley Gethers is a Senior Paralegal/Senior Analyst for a national real estate company. Ms. Gethers was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. She earned her AAS in paralegal studies from Trident Technical College and her MS in jurisprudence from Seton Hall Law School. Ms. Gethers resides in Charleston, SC, with her husband, Carroll, and three children. Ms. Gethers has made recent gifts to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund, Alumni Greek Life Scholarships Fund, and the CofC Fund.

Alan Proveaux is the Director of Plant Operations at The Palmettos Assisted Living of Charleston. He earned his BA in health care administration from Davenport University in 2018. Mr. Proveaux and his wife, Lori, reside in North Charleston, SC.

Neysa Williams is the new Community Relations Director for the International African American Museum. Ms. Williams earned her MA in business administration and human resources from Webster University in 2007. She retired from the United State Army after 22 years of service in 2018. Ms. Williams is a former member of the CofC Alumni Association’s Board of Directors and immediate Past President of the Black Alumni Council. She currently serves on the College’s Board of Trustees. Ms. Williams resides in North Charleston, SC, and is a steadfast supporter of the College.

1996

Joynicole Martinez is Founder of The Alchemist Agency, a management consulting firm, and the President and Chief Advancement and Innovation Officer at Rising Tide Capital, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building inclusive communities for entrepreneurs. Dr. Martinez was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. She earned her MBA in marketing from the University of Phoenix and her DHSc from A.T. Still University. Dr. Martinez resides in Charleston, NC, with her husband, Terrell Headen. She has recently supported multiple of CofC’s funds, including the School of Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering – Dean’s Excellence Fund and the Center for Entrepreneurship.

1998

April Moore Chandler was elected to the School Board of Loudoun County Public Schools in Loudoun County, Virginia, last November. She and her husband, Paul, reside in Sterling, VA, with their two daughters, Grace and Annie.

1999

Griffin Bettencourt is the new Senior Vice President, Private Banking Officer, at TowneBank. Mr. Bettencourt is married to CofC alumna Jaime Gauthier Bettencourt ’99, and the couple resides in Charlotte, NC, with their sons, Cohen and Hudson.

2000

DeAnne Daguiar Baumgartner is the Chief Human Resources Officer for EP Group. She and her husband, Eric, welcomed their daughter, Isabel, to the family in 2019. The couple resides in Charleston, SC. Ms. Baumgartner recently made a gift to CofC’s Alumni Fund.

Jennifer Bucher Ladd is the President of the Daniel Island Business Association, a nonprofit comprised of local business owners and professionals who want to benefit from networking with residents, businesses, and other professionals both on and off the island. Ms. Ladd also publishes Stroll Daniel Island magazine. She and her husband, Todd, reside in Daniel Island, SC, with their daughter, Emma.

Sarah Morgan is the Director of Human Resources for Kiawah Island Golf Resort. She married Josh McLaughlin ’09 in 2017. In 2021, the couple celebrated the birth of their son, Cooper. The McLaughlins reside in Johns Island, SC, and recently made generous gifts to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund.

2001

Monica Edwards Conetta is the CME Manager in the Medical University of South Carolina’s Office of Continuing Medical Education. Ms. Conetta and her husband, Gino, reside in Charleston, SC.

2002

Melanie Wilson Adams is the Recruitment Manager at George Washington’s Mount Vernon. She and her husband, David, reside in Alexandria, VA, with their daughter, Lillian.

2003

Alexis Heifner Carrico is a Senior Instructor of Management at the College, where she began teaching in 2017. Ms. Carrico was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. She earned her MBA from Georgetown University in 2009. Ms. Carrico resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, with her husband, Tim Carrico ’03, and their daughter, Leah. The couple ardently supports CofC’s Scholarship Enrichment Fund and Cougar Club.

Kevin Hackler is a Partner at Austin | Hackler Attorneys. Mr. Hackler earned his JD from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. Outside of work, he plays trumpet with the Charleston Jazz Orchestra. Mr. Hackler and his wife, Kristin Volland Hackler ’03, reside in Johns Island, SC.

Amy Wheeler Warren is a Real Estate Paralegal for RaceTrac, Inc. She earned her certificate in paralegal studies from Kennesaw State University in 2005 and her MA in interior design from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2009. Ms. Warren and her husband, Travis, reside in Johns Creek, GA, with their daughters, Alicia and Charlotte.

2005

Caroline Bell Stowe works in primary care with ChenMed as their Advanced Practice Provider Manager in Virtual Care. She also sits on faculty at the George Mason University School of Nursing teaching in their Mason Online Program for MSN/FNP students. Ms. Stowe was recently selected to serve on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. She earned her MSN from The Johns Hopkins University and her DNP from George Mason University. Ms. Stowe resides in Annandale, VA, with her husband, Jon Stowe ’05. The couple has made recent gifts to the CofC Fund, the Alumni Association Fund, and the Alumni Greek Life Scholarships Fund.

2006

Claire Griffin Porter owns and operates Lighthouse Real Estate alongside her husband, Joe Porter ’06. Ms. Porter was recently elected to serve as Vice President on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. She and her husband reside in Charleston, SC, with their two daughters, June and Mary. The couple recently made a gift to the CofC Fund.

Logan Somers is the new Director of Business Development for Assist Marketing. He resides in Saint Petersburg, FL.

Sunday Dennis Tuk is the new Director of Board Relations and Events for Advocate Health. Ms. Tuk is currently enrolled in Clemson University’s MBA program with plans to graduate this December. She and her husband, Joseph, reside in Daniel Island, SC, with their daughter, Peyton. Ms. Tuk recently made generous gifts to CofC’s Alumni Greek Life Scholarships Fund and the Cougar Club Fund.

2007

Lea Anderson is an R&B Soul Recording Artist. In 2019, she independently released her first album, Pronounced Lee Deluxe. Ms. Anderson resides in New York City.

Hunter Lappen has been promoted to Finance Manager at BMW of North America, LLC. Mr. Lappen resides in Annapolis, MD, and recently made a gift to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund.

Renee Ross Marongwe is the Lead Philanthropic Advisor, Philanthropy Strategy and ESG, for William Blair & Company. Ms. Marongwe earned her MBA from Loyola University Chicago in 2022. She and her husband, Dave Marongwe ’09, reside in Chicago. The couple recently made a generous gift to CofC’s Office of Multicultural Student Programs and Services Fund.

2008

Ashley Wrigley Krieger is the Senior Engagement Manager, North America, for Sparta Systems. Ms. Krieger and her husband, Michael, reside in Nashville, TN.

Ryan Morris (MBA ’21) is a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Anthology. Mr. Morris was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He and his wife, Rachel, reside in Mount Pleasant, SC, with their son, Henry, and daughter, Eliza. The Morris family are prolific donors to the College, most recently supporting the CofC Fund, the Karen Burroughs Jones ’74 Alumni Scholarship Fund, and the Alumni Association Fund.

Brady Quirk-Garvan is a member of impact investment firm Natural Investments PBLLC. Mr. Quirk-Garvan was recently elected President-elect of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He resides in North Charleston, SC, with his wife, Angela, and their daughter, Mae. The couple enthusiastically supports the College, having endowed the Quirk-Garvan Endowed Scholarship in 2018.

Alicia Williams is a Payroll Systems Specialist for the U.S. Department of State. She earned her MBA from The Citadel in 2011. Ms. Williams resides in Charleston, SC.

2010

Kelley Elder Wilds is the new Operations & Release Manager at Apothesource, Inc. She and her husband, Hunter, reside in Mount Pleasant, SC, and recently made gifts to the CofC Fund and the School of Business – Dean’s Excellence Fund.

2011

Jessica Mitsch Homes is the new Senior Director, Sales, at Vaco. Ms. Homes and her husband, Josh, reside in Raleigh, NC.

Kerry Tipple Watkins is the Assistant Director of Continuing Education Programs at the University of South Carolina and a new member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. Ms. Watkins and her husband, Will, reside in Columbia, SC, with their daughter, Tinsley, and son, Jack. Ms. Watkins recently made a generous gift to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund.

2012

Javier Gomez-Lavin is an Assistant Professor within Purdue University’s Department of Philosophy, the Director of Purdue Normativity and Cognitions and the College of Liberal Arts’ Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence Labs. In May, he was recognized with the 2024 Oxford University Press Teaching with Technology Prize. Dr. Gomez-Lavin earned his PhD from the City University of New York in 2018. He resides in Lafayette, IN.

Jordan Leach Holzl is the Senior Analyst, Lab Management Operations, at eviCore healthcare. She and her husband, Freddy, married in 2017. The couple resides in Hilton Head Island, SC.

2013

Will Danforth is the Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at Danforth Wealth Management. He and his wife, Madeline, welcomed their daughter, Charlotte, to the family in May. The family of three resides in Marblehead, MA. Mr. Danforth recently made a gift to CofC’s Alumni Fund.

Zachary Elliott is bringing a new “chic frozen daiquiri destination” to downtown Charleston. Working in collaboration with Republic Development & Management Group, Zachary’s Daiquiris will be located at 462 King St. Mr. Elliott resides in Miami.

Ryan Gunning Harris and her husband, Brad, welcomed their first child, Charles, to the family in December 2022. Ms. Harris is a Marketing Specialist at Bolton. She and her husband married in 2021, and the couple resides in Olathe, KS.

Lucy Noble Jewett is the Marketing Manager at East West Partners. She married Joshua Jewett in April, and the couple resides in Charleston, SC.

Cody Johnson and Sarah Rogers Johnson ’13 celebrated the birth of their daughter, Kara, in 2022. The couple married in 2015, and they reside in Matthews, NC.

Irene Viana is the new Senior Manager, TRANS4RM eCom SCM Europe, at adidas. She obtained her MIM in 2017 from the ESSEC Business School in Cergy, France. Ms. Viana resides in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2014

Kyla Wilharm Berkowitz is a Teacher at Trident Academy. She and her husband reside in Mount Pleasant, SC, with their son, Aaron, and daughter, Leah.

Ashley Cafasso is an Associate Director at Apellis Pharmaceuticals where she focuses on GxP audits, inspection readiness, and suppliers program management. Ms. Cafasso was recently elected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. She earned her MPH in health systems management and policy from Tulane University in 2015. Ms. Cafasso resides in Charleston, SC, and is an enthusiastic donor to several of the College’s funds.

Brett Clifton is the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, at Cox Automotive. Mr. Clifton resides in Atlanta.

Eliza Ghriskey is the Pricing and Planning Manager for Hulu and Disney+ Advertising Sales at The Walt Disney Company. Ms. Ghriskey married Peter Lawson-Johnston ’13 in April, and the couple resides in Charleston, SC. Ms. Ghriskey and Mr. Lawson-Johnston both made recent gifts to CofC’s Men’s Tennis program.

Chris Piedmont was honored with the Emerging Mentor Award by the College’s Martin Center for Mentorship in Communication in March. Mr. Piedmont is the Associate Vice President of Communications and Insights at Slide Nine, a 100% women-owned, integrated marketing and communications agency. He resides in Brooklyn, NY, and recently made gifts to support CofC’s Martin Center and Communication Department Funds.

Suzelle Santos-Wagner is the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Fortitude Reinsurance. Ms. Santos-Wagner earned her MA in new media journalism from Full Sail University in 2015. She and her husband, Brandon Wagner ’15, welcomed their son, Jonah, in 2022. The family resides in Braintree, MA, and recently made a gift to the CofC Fund.

2015

Justin Herp (MSA ’16) is a Certified Public Accountant and works as a Tax Manager in the National Tax Practice of Elliott Davis, LLC, based in the firm’s Charleston, SC, office. Mr. Herp was recently selected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. He resides in Charleston, SC, and is a stalwart supporter of several CofC funds.

Francesca Kentimenos is a Marketing Automation Specialist at Quadient. Ms. Kentimenos resides in Stony Point, NY.

Lauren Manos O’Connor is the new Director of Revenue Operations at HireVue. Ms. O’Connor resides in Greenville, SC.

Joe Owayda is a Senior Analyst for EF Go Ahead Tours. He earned his MBA from Bentley University in May. Mr. Owayda resides in Medford, MA.

Cadyn Scott Owens married Joshua Owens in April. Ms. Owens owns a freelance marketing company, Cadyn Scott Creative. She and her husband reside in Charleston, SC.

2016

Payton Hudson married Colin McCabe in October 2022. The couple resides in Washington, D.C.

Emily LaCroix is a Recruiter at Shane Co. She married Christopher Tate in May, and the couple resides in Aurora, CO.

Tyquan Morton is working on the production of a film this summer, High Water, that culminates from his love for his hometown of Charleston, SC, in conjunction with his concerns over how rising sea levels, land development, and gentrification may impact the city’s future. Mr. Morton earned his MEd from Vanderbilt University in 2022. He resides in Charleston, SC.

Gabriella Natali has been promoted to Senior Manager, Media Relations, at Broadcast Music, Inc. Ms. Natali resides in Brooklyn, NY.

Jenna Ohlendorf Simpson is the Director of Engagement and Outreach for Charleston Library Society. She married Craton Simpson ’15 in 2020. The couple resides in Charleston, SC.

Ryan Spraker is an Attorney in the Education Practice of Husch Blackwell LLP. Mr. Spraker was recently selected to serve on the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. In April, he was recognized by Thomson Reuters’ Washington, D.C., Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Schools and Education Law. Mr. Spraker received his JD from The George Washington University Law School in 2019. He resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Nickole. Mr. Spraker recently made gifts to CofC’s Alumni Association Fund and School of Humanities & Social Sciences – Dean’s Excellence Fund.

2017

Victoria Alexander is the Senior Development Manager at Urban Grid. Ms. Alexander resides in Austin, TX.

Victoria Blunt is the Stewardship and Donor Engagement Officer at the Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina. Ms. Blunt was recently elected to serve as a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association Board of Directors. She resides in Summerville, SC.

Victoria Futrell Bock is the Communications Director at the Lowcountry Land Trust. Ms. Bock earned her MPA from Ohio State University in May. She and her husband, Andrew Bock ’17, reside in Charleston, SC.

Anna Britton graduated from Arizona State University with her MSW in May. Ms. Britton resides in Tucson, AZ.

Kaeli Weeks Cain is a Teacher at South Carolina Connections Academy. She married her husband, Patrick, in March of 2020. The couple resides in Conway, SC, with their two children, Lucy and Benjamin.

Katherine Calabro married Colin Green in June of 2023 in Garfield, NJ.

Gabrielle Garcia is the new Traveler Support Manager at EF Go Ahead Tours. She resides in Denver.

Michal Taylor Covin is a new Assistant Solicitor for the First Circuit Solicitor’s Office. Ms. Covin earned her JD from the Charleston School of Law in 2021. She married Brandon Covin in September, and the couple resides in Ladson, SC.

Katey Miller Dunham joined Roper St. Francis Healthcare as an Athletic Trainer in April. Ms. Dunham earned her MS in exercise science, health promotion, and sport psychology from PennWest California in 2020. She and her husband, Bryan, reside in Charleston, SC.

Jordan Davis married Justin Jordan in May. The couple resides in Santa Barbara, CA.

Hunter Macdonald is the new Project Manager with CBRE’s Charleston, SC, office. Ms. Macdonald obtained her master’s in real estate from Georgetown University in 2023. She resides in Charleston, SC.

Addison MacPhee is a new Associate Programmer Analyst at Dominion Energy. She resides in Columbia, SC.

Florence Manlapas is a Tutor at Huntington Learning Center in Roswell, GA, and has plans to pursue an MA in political science from McGill University.

Riley Sisung is returning home to New Orleans to pursue her MS in microbiology and immunology at Tulane University’s School of Medicine. Ms. Sisung recently made a generous gift to CofC’s Biology Department Fund.

Cheyenne Cunningham Twilley (MPA, MS) joined Elko Coastal Consulting, Inc. in April as a Coastal Resilience Planner after interning with the preservation advocacy, research, and management company for two years. In 2021, Ms. Twilley spearheaded a World Oceans Day event in Myrtle Beach, SC, and the following year, expanded the event to Folly Beach, SC. She has also helped launch World Oceans Day events in Maui, HI, and San Cristóbal Island, Ecuador. Ms. Twilley resides in Charleston, SC.
