Ring Presentation Ceremony begins at 5 pm SHARP

Hosted by the Alumni Association, this auspicious ceremony will highlight the history of the CofC ring and the symbolism of its design. Alumni Association President Laurie Minges will present your ring to you and a professional photographer will be on hand to record the moment. Before putting on your ring, the President Minges will provide instructions on how to wear it before and after graduation and will ask ring recipients to put their rings on for the first time together. Recipient must have purchased a ring prior to 12/15/24 in order to participate in the ceremony.

Ring recipients:
– Register yourself below by filling out the below form and submitting it by February 19 as a Ring Ceremony participant. Arrive to Sottile Theatre by 4:15 pm SHARP to check in. Don’t be late! There is no secure location to leave bags, purses, phones, etc., so do not bring a lot of items with you.
– Each ring recipient may bring up to two guests to the ceremony. Click here for instructions to accept your ticket in Paciolan and/or transfer tickets to guests.
– If you’d like to bring more than two guests, please email deantp@cofc.edu to be put on the waitlist.

If you do not participate in the Ring Ceremony, you will receive an email the first week of March with instructions for picking up your ring. Pickup is unavailable prior to the Ring Ceremony.

Please note: Seating is limited and guest tickets are limited to (2) per ring recipient.
